Aspiring Senior Leadership Programme

The aim of the course is to provide you with an insight into the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and create awareness of the key roles that enable the school to operate effectively.

The course will start with a self-evaluation questionnaire, followed by a meeting with a member of the senior leadership team to establish your strengths and areas to consider for further development.

Following your initial meeting, you will need to work your way through the video modules below.

Once you have developed an understanding of the key roles within SLT, you will be asked to develop and complete a whole school Impact Project, which can link to one of the key modules below.

Once you have selected the key area for your project, you will be assigned a mentor who will support you in developing and carrying out your project.

We would like you to present your Impact Project to SLT before you start, but also present the outcome/impact once it's complete.
